On June 13, the water level of the Yongjiang River in Nanning, Guangxi (the mainstream section of the lower reaches of the Yujiang River) rose.

The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Hydrological Center issued a yellow flood warning at 9 o'clock that day: Affected by the continuous heavy rainfall, 39 stations of 33 rivers including Yujiang, Hongshui, Qianjiang, Nanliujiang, Hejiang, Liujiang and Xunjiang appeared over-alert by 0.01 ~2.39m flood.
