In the early hours of this morning, artist Mahmoud El-Leithi announced the death of his older sister's husband.
And "Al-Laithi" wrote on his official Facebook account: "My sister's husband, Atef Masoud, is under the protection of God.
One of the sites had mentioned the news of the death, and some believed that the artist Mahmoud Al-Laithi had passed away, and "Al-Laithi" asked the site's administrators to amend the news.
After the news spread, Mahmoud Al-Laithi's name occupied the Google search engine, to appear in a video clip, explaining the truth of the matter, and that his sister's husband passed away.
Al-Laithi said in the video: "Mahmoud Al-Laithi is good, there was confusion and people thought that I had died, and I am very happy because I felt your love for me and your fear for me."
On the other hand, Mahmoud El-Leithi is preparing to perform 4 concerts on New Year's Eve, in the Fifth Settlement and in downtown Cairo.
