A Kuwaiti is ready to “pay the citizens’ premiums” and the investigations intervene
The criminal investigation men in Kuwait arrested a Kuwaiti citizen for publishing advertisements on social media in which he claimed his ability to “pay the installments of all citizens,” provided that the defaulter pays a “symbolic amount” for a period of twenty years, and personally attends his office located to authorize him, to He shall not be less than 22 years old, and his debts shall not be less than 5,000 dinars.
