The Tokyo Public Prosecutor's Office has dismissed six Vietnamese arrested in a house that was the destination of international mail where the synthetic drug MDMA was hidden.

In October, a 23-year-old man who was in a house in Gunma prefecture, where he was sent to, was found to have hidden the synthetic drug MDMA in an international mail containing dried shrimp that arrived at Narita Airport. Six Vietnamese, including one, were arrested on suspicion of violating the Narcotics Special Law.



According to the Metropolitan Police Department, all of them denied the charges against the investigation.



As a result of the investigation, the Tokyo Public Prosecutors Office dismissed the six persons on the 16th.



The prosecution has not disclosed the reason for the disposition.
