According to JR Tokai, the Tokaido Shinkansen was suspended from driving between Tokyo Station and Nagoya Station on the uphill and between Tokyo Station and Toyohashi Station on the downhill, but it was confirmed that it was safe. I just resumed operation at 10:17 pm.
