From today until Sunday, November 15, we are offering a series of reports dedicated to the Senegambia Bridge which has been changing the lives of Gambians and Senegalese for a year.

Inaugurated in January 2019, this bridge replaces the old ferry that crossed the Gambia River.

The ferry was carrying the many passengers who wanted to connect the Casamance region located in the south of Senegal, the Gambia and the north of Senegal.

For the passengers we met, the opening of the bridge is a blessing.
