The Haiyi High-speed Railway is an extension of China’s “Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal” high-speed rail network from Beijing to Harbin and the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao corridor. The project will further improve the high-speed rail network in Northeast China, promote regional economic development, and make people’s travel more convenient and faster.

The Yongxing Hulan River Super Bridge is 16,709 meters long and spans the Hulan River, the largest tributary on the left bank of the Songhua River. It is not only a control project for this line, but also an important and difficult project.

The construction length of the Hulan River Basin in Yongxing is nearly 3 kilometers. The construction water depth of the bridge piers in the main river channel is more than 10 meters, and the maximum bored pile depth is 98 meters. The soil below the river bed is silty. Water operations are required during the construction process, and there are many processes. The construction is difficult and the construction period is tight. The construction progress of the continuous beams directly affects the progress of beam erection and track laying along the entire line.

The Yongxing Hulan River Bridge has therefore become one of the most difficult and longest high-speed rail cross-river bridges among high-speed rail projects under construction in China's alpine regions.

The construction unit adopted construction plans such as erecting steel trestles on the water, drilling platforms, double-walled steel cofferdam foundation enclosures, and pier scaffolding insulation.

The application of innovative technologies such as ultrasonic bore detectors, large-diameter reverse circulation drilling rigs, and steel casing series connection has opened up key links in the construction process and ensured the orderly progress of the project construction.

At present, the construction organization of the Harbin to Tieli section of the Haiyi High-speed Railway is being carried out in an orderly manner.

The Tieli to Yichun section that started construction first, such as Tieli Station, Riyuexia Station, and Yichun West Station, have completed structural and metal roofing and other construction tasks. The outer curtain wall and internal decoration work of the station buildings is in progress, and the track laying project is about to start. , it is expected to complete the track laying project in front of the Tieyi section station within this year.
