Shandong women were impostored to university, multiple departments set up a joint investigation team, and the impostor has been suspended; the middleman revealed details: Shandong woman was impersonated to university and the imposter
was accused of spending money to buy school status

In October 2004, 20-year-old candidate Chen Chunxiu did not wait for her college admission letter and decided to go to work in Yantai City, hundreds of kilometers away. On the other side, 18-year-old candidate Chen Shuangshuang took Chen Chunxiu's admission letter and went to Shandong University of Technology registered as a college student.

The destiny of two college entrance exam candidates in Guan County, Shandong, was rewritten this year.

Chen Chunxiu, who was "not admitted to university," worked as an electronics factory worker and restaurant waiter, and now works as a kindergarten teacher in his home kindergarten. Chen Shuangshuang, who was impostor, had a relatively decent job. After graduation, he returned to Guanxian County and joined the audit office of Yanzhuang Sub-district Office.

Chen Chunxiu always thought that he fell out of the list 16 years ago. Until May 21, 2020, after taking the National College Entrance Examination, she found her school status and academic qualifications at Shandong University of Technology on the Xuexin website.

On May 26, staff from the Admissions Office of Shandong University of Technology confirmed to Chen Chunxiu that her school status was replaced by Chen Shuangshuang, a candidate from the same county.

After that, Chen Chunxiu went through multiple departments to verify the incident. During a meeting between the two parties organized by the village cadres, Chen Shuangshuang's relatives and local street office staff explained that Chen Chunxiu's school membership was purchased by Chen Shuangshuang's father for 2,000 yuan from the agency.

On June 10, the Guanxian County Party Committee and County Government instructed multiple departments to set up a joint investigation team to investigate the matter. After that, the replacement Chen Shuangshuang was also suspended from the street office.

Chen Chunxiu said that he hoped that the government would investigate the matter and "recover his dignity and honor. If he could, he would like to go back to school again."

Go out to work after "falling the list"

Chen Chunxiu recalled that after taking the college entrance examination in June 2004, he applied for three volunteers. The first two were schools in Shanghai, and the last one was Shandong University of Technology. She provided a reporter with a roster of freshmen admitted to colleges and universities in Shandong Province in 2004. Chen Chunxiu’s college entrance examination score was 546 points, which was 3 points away from the undergraduate line. The third volunteer was filled out-Shandong University of Technology International Economics and Trade Admission.

"We didn't have a phone at home. After filling in the volunteers, I left the phone at my neighbor's house. After asking for many times, there was no news. I thought I must have failed the exam."

After a lapse of many years, Chen Chunxiu's high school class teacher Teng Dengcheng still remembers that Chen Chunxiu was dressed in plain clothes at that time and studied hard, and his grades belonged to the upper middle class in the class.

Chen Chunxiu and her husband Li Junwei are junior high school classmates. Li Junwei told reporters that Chen Chunxiu was a rare student in the village who passed the Wuxuan Senior High School in Guanxian County at that time. The family conditions were poor. Chen Chunxiu was very hard and frugal for three years.

Chen Chunxiu, who thought he had lost the list, lost the confidence of repeating his studies and was unwilling to increase the burden on his family. "In rural areas, you can't go to college, either farm or work." Chen Chunxiu chose the latter.

In October 2004, Chen Chunxiu went to Yantai to work. She first worked as a worker in a food factory and later went to an electronics factory to process coated lenses. Time passed to 2007, and Chen Chunxiu, who should have graduated from the university, became a waiter at the ramen restaurant, often working until early in the morning.

It was not until after marriage that Chen Chunxiu returned to Guanxian County and later worked as a kindergarten teacher in a kindergarten. She often remembered her "university dream", so she took the adult college entrance examination in October 2019 and applied for the elementary education major of Qufu Normal University.

On May 21, 2020, when searching for student status information on Xuexin's website, Chen Chunxiu unexpectedly discovered that he had "goed to university once". The website shows: Chen Chunxiu was enrolled in the Department of International Economics and Trade (College) of Shandong University of Technology on September 1, 2004, and the date of leaving the school was July 1, 2007.

  Academic information will be cancelled

Chen Chunxiu knew that this "college student" was not himself.

"At first, I thought it was the same name and the same surname, but after comparison, I found out that the name, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, and ID number in the student registration information are all mine except the photo is not me."

She told her husband Li Junwei her doubts. On May 22, Li Junwei contacted the Admissions Office of Shandong University of Technology. Teacher Wang of the Admissions Office told him that, after summoning relevant departments to investigate, it was found that the admission notice was sent to Chen Chunxiu's home in the form of EMS.

Li Junwei told reporters that on May 26, Mr. Wang and his party came to visit Chen Chunxiu's home to verify why he did not receive the admission notice and visited the villagers for consultation.

In this conversation, Chen Chunxiu learned that he was replaced by someone else. Teacher Wang also showed Chen Chunxiu the list and told her that three other people were impostored besides her.

How do you enter the school if the identity information of the replacement person and the identity information are inconsistent? In response, Shandong University of Technology replied to Chen Chunxiu: "At that time, we looked at the material with the naked eye. This substitute material is relatively complete and the most done, so I did not find it."

On June 3, 2020, the official website of Shandong University of Technology issued a public notice on the cancellation of Chen Chunxiu's education. The material showed that the substitute Chen Shuangshuang used Chen Chunxiu's name, but the ID numbers of the two were not the same. Chen Shuangshuang was born in 1986, and Chen Chunxiu was born in 1984.

The public announcement also stated: "After data collection, college liaison verification and school review, the 2004 international economics and trade major of our school, Chen Chunxiu, was disguised as an impostor. After the school president’s office meeting researched and determined, our school will cancel Chen Chunxiu's letter network in accordance with the procedure. Educational information."

Regarding the decision to cancel student status, Chen Chunxiu felt that it was unfair. "This is the university I was admitted to at the time. Direct cancellation means I cannot re-enter school. I want to restore my reputation." Chen Chunxiu told reporters that he had proposed to Shandong University of Technology. The request to return to school, but the other party refused with "no such precedent".

"2000 yuan to buy school entry"

After learning that the school was replaced, Chen Chunxiu and his family went through multiple departments to verify the incident.

Chen Chunxiu said that on May 27, she went to Guanxian Public Security Bureau to report to the police, and then went to Guanxian Education and Sports Bureau Admissions Office. "The staff called up all the information of the 2004 graduates of Wuxun Senior Middle School, but there are only the information of the undergraduate candidates admitted, and the admission information of the specialist candidates cannot be found."

On May 28, Chen Chunxiu came to Wuxun Middle School of his high school alma mater to check the information of the student's file, and "the teacher of the student file management told me that my file has been taken, but there is no record of file."

Tong Dengcheng told reporters that more than 50 students in the class that year had their seals sealed and handed over to the archives office, "Everyone has their seals, but I don’t know how to file them later. "

Deng Dengcheng said that even when communications were underdeveloped, there was a strict process for filing files. "You must get it yourself, you must have an admission ticket and an admission notice. Without the admission notice, the file will not be released to you."

"The admission ticket was always in my hands. I thought I hadn't been admitted to college, and I never went to the school to file files." After a round, Chen Chunxiu was still unclear about the specific circumstances of his replacement.

Li Junwei told reporters that not long ago he received a call from the cadres of his home village, "said a middleman proposed that the replacement wanted to meet and make things clear."

On the evening of June 10, Chen Chunxiu and his family participated in the meeting. A person who claimed to be Xu Yanjun, a staff member of the Chongwen Sub-district Office in Guanxian County, said that Chen Shuangshuang was his relative and entrusted him to communicate the matter, "talk about how to solve it." But Chen Shuangshuang did not show up.

Talking about the replacement process, Xu Yanjun said, "Chen Shuangshuang also participated in the college entrance examination that year, but his performance was not as good as that of Chen Chunxiu, so Chen Shuangshuang's father spent 2,000 yuan through the intermediary to buy a daughter for school admission."

Chen Chunxiu did not agree with the idea of spending money to buy student status. "My files are gone. I don't believe an intermediary can do it."

On June 11, a reporter from the Beijing News called Chen Shuangshuang and his father.

The substitute has never used his real name

On June 10, the People’s Government of Guanxian County, Shandong Province stated on an official Weibo that the county party committee and county government immediately ordered the county disciplinary commission, the county public security bureau, and the county government to respond to the media report that “a farmer’s woman was impostored to university.” The Education and Sports Bureau established a joint investigation team to investigate the matter. In the evening of the same day, the official Weibo of the Shandong Provincial Department of Education stated that it had instructed Guanxian County to set up a joint investigation team to carry out a comprehensive investigation.

At 13:00 on June 11, the Guanxian People's Government issued a survey progress report on the WeChat public account "Guanxian Online", saying that the county party committee and county government immediately instructed the county disciplinary commission, county public security bureau, and county education and sports bureau Set up a joint investigation team to investigate the matter and meet with the reporter. The replacement, Chen Shuangshuang, is a staff member of a sub-district office in our county and has been suspended. The detailed information about the incident is under further investigation.

According to Xu Yanjun, Chen Shuangshuang is currently doing audit work in the Yanzhuang Sub-district Office. "Although she works in a government department, she has no staff and is a contract worker."

On the afternoon of June 11th, the director of the Audit Office of Yanzhuang Sub-district Office confirmed by identifying the photos of Xuexin.com, "This is the staff in the institute. I have been working for two or three years. I have been using Chen Chunxiu’s name. Everyone called her show. child."

Director Gao introduced that this name was called when she met her (Chen Chunxiu). She lives in Guanxian County and is usually responsible for village-level financial audits. Recently, she was seconded to the county party inspection team.

Chen Chunxiu said that he has not met with Chen Shuangshuang so far, and hopes that relevant departments can investigate the matter.

After passing the adult college entrance examination to Qufu Normal University, Chen Chunxiu found his new student status information online, and this time he saw his own admission photos. "After 16 years, I proved myself in a new way."
