  China News Agency, Macau, May 3 (Reporter Long Tuyou) In order to more effectively implement the normalized management of new coronary pneumonia and achieve full coverage from entry to community management, the Macao SAR Government officially launched the "Macao Health Code" from 9 am on the 3rd ". By 4:00 pm, the number of users reached 90,000, and the number of uses was 176,000.

  The Macao New Coronavirus Infection and Response Coordination Center held a press conference on that day to announce the latest epidemic situation in Macao and various prevention and control measures.

  Liang Yihao, coordinator of the Infectious Disease Prevention and Disease Surveillance Department of the Health Bureau, introduced at the meeting that the "Macao Health Code" is characterized by real-name registration. After logging in to the health code system, citizens need to answer questions about symptoms, history of contact, and travel history. Three questions, the system will automatically check and generate personal health codes, which are green, red, and yellow, which are used to judge whether to allow or deny the person concerned to enter the place.

  Luo Yilong, the medical director of Earl of Jen General Hospital, said that Macao has no new confirmed cases of coronary artery pneumonia for 25 consecutive days. The cumulative number of confirmed cases has remained at 45. There has been no local community transmission and no deaths. On the same day, another patient was cured and discharged. A total of 39 patients were discharged. The remaining 6 patients were in stable condition.

  Huang Jiaqi, director of the Education Department of the Ministry of Education and Youth Affairs, said that May 4 is the time for Macao high school to resume classes. Among the registered students, dozens of students are non-Macao residents and need to travel between Zhuhai and Macao daily. After communicating with the Health Bureau, these students will be exempted from 6-8 hours of medical examination after arriving in Australia. He reminded cross-border students to remember to bring all the necessary documents for customs clearance, go out early, and reserve enough time to prepare for customs clearance.

  In response to the new Coronary Pneumonia epidemic and boosting the economy, the first electronic consumer card launched by the Macau SAR Government has been officially put into use on May 1. Kuang Xinchang, Director of the License and Inspection Department of the Economic Affairs Bureau, said that two days before the launch of the electronic consumer card, the number of transactions was 929,000, and the total transaction amount was 125 million patacas.
