[Commentary] On April 22, Xiangpeng Air's "passenger to cargo" Airbus A330 aircraft is loading cargo at Kunming Changshui International Airport. It will be fully loaded with 11 tons of exported medical supplies and other goods to Bangkok, Thailand. The first "passenger to cargo" flight officially opened at the airport port.
[Explanation] Affected by the epidemic, the global air cargo market capacity has dropped significantly. As a local low-cost passenger airline in Yunnan, Xiangpeng Airlines has all international flights grounded, and domestic flights have only performed less than 50%.

[Explanation] Airline passenger flights cannot fly, but import and export cargo companies lack air capacity support. Faced with difficulties, Kunming Customs pinpointed the breakthrough of "customer to goods" to help airport enterprises to resume production. This will not only allow airlines to resolve excess capacity, but also allow import and export cargo companies to find air capacity.

At present, especially the exported materials are mainly medical materials and other materials for epidemic prevention and control. We also conduct research specifically on these materials, and also provide customs clearance for them in accordance with the relevant management requirements of the customs.
[Commentary] In addition, Kunming Changshui Airport Customs has also carried out fine classification management of medical and non-medical protective materials, general trade exports and foreign aid donated materials, strengthened the review of medical device related documents, highlighted the corporate quality responsibility, and guaranteed export of medical materials quality. According to statistics, since March 2020, the customs of Kunming Changshui Airport has guaranteed more than 30 sorties of various types of cargo flights and imported and exported goods of 2,327 tons.
