LGBT discrimination in the workplace

Nearly one in two homosexuals hides their homosexuality in business, this is what the survey published on February 14 by the association l'Autre Cercle in partnership with the polling institute IFOP shows. The figures have therefore not decreased compared to last year, and are even more representative since more responses were collected this year. To counter this phenomenon, some companies are committed to better integrating these employees, but the fear of being judged, isolated, discriminated against, or even attacked, remains.
