6 gangsters arrested for arresting cash on the phone of elderly people February 20 20:49

Gang members belonging to multiple groups have been arrested for calling the elderly and fooling them with cash. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that gangs have systematically repeated fraud targeting the elderly.

Six people were arrested, including Yuji Sato, a gangster in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
