According to the indictment, Hiraoka drove a car after drinking alcohol in September, crashed into a mini car on a prefectural road in Katsuragi City, Nara Prefecture, and was contacted by a driving woman and a mini car. Five people who were injured and fled as they were, were accused of "exemption from detection" and fleeing for the purpose of hiding drunk driving.

Prosecutors have not disclosed the decision.
