  The 10th National Mass Ice and Snow Season will launch in December 2023 and will continue until April 2024. It aims to fully demonstrate the new style of China’s ice and snow sports after the Beijing Winter Olympics through mass ice and snow activities in various forms, with unique characteristics and adapted to local conditions. , set off a new upsurge in people's participation in ice and snow sports, and continued to consolidate and expand the results of "driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports".

  This Games will include 8 events including short-track speed skating, figure skating, ice hockey 3V3 bullfighting, curling, snowboarding skills, double-boarding skills, snow circle time trial, and 3V3 snowboarding. The number of entries and the scale of participation both hit record highs. More than 220 ice and snow sports enthusiasts from all walks of life in Xining signed up to participate. Among them, the oldest is 46 years old and the youngest is 7 years old.

  On the same day, at the Luyuan International Ski Resort in Chengzhong District, Xining City, events such as single and double snowboard skiing skills, snow circle time trials, and 3V3 snow tag tearing were held.
