A German animal rights organization says dogs are affected by the fact that their owners spend too much time on smartphones. It seems that dogs can no longer make humans understand what they want. It's like there's a permanent "busy" sign that leaves your dog stuck in exploring unwanted freedom.

"Dogs quickly realize that no one is focused with them and therefore go on and play on their own," said Ann Carrie Simme, a professional dog trainer for the German animal rights organization ActionAction Ter.

Pet owners hardly notice that the dog went out to chase a child on a bicycle or pissed in the middle of the road.

For anxious, frightened dogs, it is difficult to handle when the mother bitch or the father's dog do not notice the signs they issue. Dogs need to comment on actions or they will be left to themselves, and then some become hostile when they are tied.

The most important thing in a relationship with a dog is to be available, says Simme, who says: "I have to continue to explain to the dog that it is glory to focus on me."
