A former instructor at Yotsuya Otsuka, a major junior high school entrance cram school, was accused of repeatedly taking secret photographs of his female students. The Tokyo District Court gave him a suspended sentence, saying, ``The crime was difficult to detect because he took advantage of his position as an instructor.'' He was sentenced to two years in prison.

Takato Mori (25), a former instructor at Yotsuya Otsuka, a major junior high school entrance exam school, repeatedly secretly filmed the underwear of 12 of his female students on his smartphone at a school building in Tokyo between March and August last year. He was charged with violating the Prevention Ordinance and violating the Personal Information Protection Act for posting the names and addresses of six children in a social media group chat.

In a ruling on the 26th, Judge Masakazu Kamakura of the Tokyo District Court said, ``He took advantage of his position as a cram school instructor and took advantage of the victim's lack of vigilance by forcing him into positions where it was easy to photograph him in his underwear. "It was a crime that would be difficult to detect. It also created a risk that the images would be spread."

On the other hand, he sentenced him to two years in prison with probation and five years of probation, saying that he had "belatedly expressed remorse and is working on treatment for his sexual addiction."

Regarding the ruling, Yotsuya Otsuka commented, ``Once again, we apologize to everyone involved, and we will take thorough measures to prevent recurrence and work even harder to restore trust.''
