More than 5,700 photographs from some 2,000 photographers were presented for this year's Royal Society of Meteorology.
The 2019 Weather Photographer's Judges Committee announced the winner, Gareth Moon Jones, with the image 'Above All My Expectations', a reflection of clouds in Snowdonia at dawn, in the mountainous region of Wales.
The British newspaper "Guardian" published a series of pictorial works that qualified to the finalists of the competition, and winning works.
