This month's Guinness World Records record breaking event in the Dubai Fitness Challenge will be held this month in collaboration with world-renowned fitness star Joe Weeks, nicknamed “The Body Coach,” on Saturday, October 26th, through the world's largest endurance gathering.

The world-renowned sports writer and superstar fitness instagram on Instagram will lead the Skydive Dubai endurance exercise so that residents of the city can exercise and break a world record simultaneously. The free event, sponsored by DEWA, ​​includes a 30-minute quick and intense exercise series followed by short breaks.

WEX currently holds the record of organizing endurance exercises with 3,804 people in London in 2017 and is now inviting all residents of Dubai to join together in the challenge and break the record set.

Although endurance exercises will be of moderate intensity, participation in them requires a certain level of fitness. Participants are required to complete 30 minutes of non-stop workout.

The record breaking event is part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, which aims to encourage residents of Dubai to exercise 30 minutes a day for 30 days.
