The Alliance for the Support of Legitimacy in Yemen was briefed on the report of the group of prominent international and regional experts in Yemen, which was announced on 3 September. The Coalition had previously drawn attention to issues related to the methodology of the report and the Panel's reliance on misleading information provided by anonymous, unverified third parties, as well as based on allegations in the reports of some NGOs. The report was based on assumptions of facts, allegations and allegations of violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law attributed to the coalition countries that have no basis in truth. .

Al-Maliki pointed out that the preliminary review of the report revealed that it is based on a number of incorrect assumptions by the team of experts, stressing that the Coalition to support legitimacy in Yemen is fully committed to that its military operations are compatible with the rules of international humanitarian law and international human rights law, as the coalition Committed to conducting investigations into any incidents involving alleged violations or abuses during military operations, and to prosecute those found guilty of any violations. In line with its obligations under international humanitarian law, the Coalition provides voluntary assistance to those affected by serious damage. The coalition will continue to fulfill its obligations under international law, noting that the coalition will later provide a detailed legal response to the report's findings.

Al-Maliki concluded his statement that the coalition continues to cooperate with all the organs and mechanisms of the United Nations concerned with the conflict in Yemen, which contributes to achieving peace, security and stability for Yemen and its people and the countries of the region.
