World star Jennifer Lopez said she had completely abstained from eating sugar and starches for 10 days.

Lopez said in an interview with a television program that she suffered from very severe negative symptoms due to her abstinence from diabetes, headache and feeling addicted to sugar.

Lopez admitted that she was waiting for sugar to be eaten during the diet period, especially on the fifth day, but that desire has been declining and is no longer severe at the end of the diet.

Sugar is found naturally in foods that contain carbohydrates such as fruits, vegetables, grains and dairy products.

According to nutrition expert Jessica Kording, the body metabolizes these foods very slowly, and sugar in them helps to provide the individual with energy.

But the problem is that eating too much sugar can lead to health problems such as obesity and diabetes. Added sugar is also a type of addiction.
