On the morning of December 30, the first G4791 train of the An (Qing) Jiu (Jiang) High-speed Railway departed from Hefei South Station. On the train, the crew of the Hefei Passenger Transport Section of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd. performed Huangmei operas and songs for passengers.
After the opening of the Anjiu section of the Beijing-Hong Kong high-speed rail, the train running time from Hefei, Anhui to Nanchang, Jiangxi, will be reduced from the current 4 hours to about 2 hours. This will further improve the layout of the railway network along the Yangtze River and improve the railway channel capacity between central provinces in China. The high-quality development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is of great significance.
