Zamalek of Egypt announced that it had changed its legal team that was taking over the club's file with the International Football Association in the case of its Tunisian player Hamdi El-Nagaz.

The "Al-Naqaz" had obtained a ruling from "FIFA", in the first degree of his right to cancel his contract from Zamalek, and his right to obtain a million and 250 thousand dollars from the Egyptian club.

Zamalek said in a statement: "The club has assigned the case of Al-Naqaz to another team of lawyers, to file an appeal against the decision of the International Federation after the legal errors committed by the lawyers who were handling the file of Al-Nagaz, and led to the Tunisian player obtaining judgments in his favor."

Sources close to the Zamalek administration revealed that the club president, Counselor Mortada Mansour, agreed with the new team of lawyers, on the petition to be presented to the sports court, and included the illegality of the papers submitted by the player and his lawyer to obtain a decision on his right to rescind the contract and charge the value of his entire contract with The Egyptian Club.

Hamdi Al-Naqaz's lawyer had submitted, within the documents, a signed paper with the club's seal that he had not found his daughter in a school near his home in central Cairo.

The player documented that paper from the Egyptian Foreign Ministry and presented it in his documents against Zamalek.

However, Zamalek believes that the card presented to FIFA by the player does not include the signature of the club's vice-president, Counselor Ahmed Jalal Ibrahim, and the only authorized signatory in any transactions for the club, whether inside or outside the Arab Republic of Egypt.
