The Moroccan newspaper, Al-Mukhtab, has reported that the new Hassani Defense Club is heading to file a complaint with the International Football Association against Egypt's Al-Ahly and Zamalek.

She explained that the Moroccan club is entitled to receive 20% of the loan of its former players, Walid Azaru from Al-Ahly to the Saudi agreement, and Hamid Haddad from Zamalek to the Moroccan Raja.

And I published a statement by a club official, who declined to be named: "The defense has already written to both Zamalek and Al-Ahly to obtain its percentage from the transfer of players, Walid Azaru, loaned for six months from Al-Ahly to the Saudi agreement, and Hamid Haddad loaned for one season to Raja Casablanca."

He added: "The contract concluded between Fares Doukkala and the two poles of Egyptian football, specifically the fifth clause stipulates that the Hassani New Defense will benefit from 20% of the proceeds of the transfer of the aforementioned players to another team, throughout the period of their contract with Al-Ahly and Zamalek, each of whom is bound to a maximum period of time. 20 days from the date of the conclusion of the loan contract by transferring the percentage stipulated in the account of the Doukkali team, which is something that has not been done until now.

The new Hassani Defense Club official did not rule out the possibility of resorting to the International Football Association "FIFA" against Al-Ahly and Zamalek, after he "exhausted all the friendly ways to obtain his share of the transfers of each of Haddad and Azzaro to the Moroccan and Saudi championships."
