The victim indicated that, on the agreed date, he went to the parking lots of a school in the Al-Mizhar area, accompanied by two of his friends, then the two brothers of the accused who was playing with him came and spoke to them, and he asked them to stop calling and disturbing him, and he went to his vehicle, but before arriving To it, he was surprised by several vehicles entering the parking lots, and more than 20 people got off, and the three brothers headed towards him to protect the other people, and they beat him in separate parts of his body, and one of them hit him with a tool in his right eye, so he fell on the ground, and some of those present intervened to rescue him, and they brought him into his vehicle The perpetrators fled, and his friend took him to the hospital, and filed a report about the incident at Al Qusais Police Station.

The forensic report revealed that the injury to the victim's eye resulted from a direct assault, and would leave a permanent disability represented by the loss of vision in the right eye, which constitutes a disability of 35%.
