In Mali, dialogue is broken between the Malian government and the former rebellion. In order to relaunch discussions — a condition for implementing the peace agreement on the ground — international mediation has just made proposals to both parties. Serge Daniel tells us more.
In 2018, Togolese authorities banned the import of one of the most consumed fish in West Africa, tilapia, to protect local fish farming. Today, local fish farming is trying to crowd out the clandestine chain from China. The consumer can thus buy organic fish, without danger to his health. Emmanuelle SODJI and Raphaël NTALÉ report.
