From July 8, the information of the annual settlement personnel will be published on the Beijing Municipal Government portal website "Capital Window".
The declaration process is divided into five stages
According to reports, the specific schedule of the five stages this year is:
- Declaration stage (4 a.m. on April 13 to 8 o'clock on May 5, a total of 12 calendar days);
- Summary of departmental audit results (May 5 to June 13, a total of 6 calendar days);
——Review result inquiry stage (6 natural days from 2 am on June 8 to 6 am on June 9);
- Department review and points ranking stage (June 6 to July 10, a total of 7 natural days);
——Publicity and settlement stage (from July 7, 10 natural days will be publicized, and applicants who have obtained the qualification for settlement can go through the settlement formalities).
The annual points settlement main work is a total of 96 natural days. In 2023, the scale of points settlement in Beijing will be 6000,<>, and the same point will be implemented.
Declare in good faith and put an end to fraud
According to Article 5 of the Beijing Points Settlement Operation Management Rules, the applicant and the employer shall ensure that the indicator information filled in is true and accurate, and jointly be responsible for the authenticity of the indicator information filled in. If the applicant provides false materials, the applicant shall be disqualified from applying for points settlement in the current year and the next 5 years; Those who have obtained permanent residence registration in Beijing shall be cancelled by the public security department and moved back to the place where their household registration was located before returning to Beijing. If the employer assists in providing false materials, the application for points settlement will not be accepted in the current year and the next <> years.
Where relevant applicants and employers seriously violate commitments made to administrative organs during the process of points settlement, the relevant records of untrustworthiness will be included in the Beijing Public Credit Information service platform. Where a crime is suspected, it shall be transferred to the judicial organs for handling in accordance with law.
There are no fees and no intermediary services are accepted
In view of the specific arrangements for the points settlement work, the relevant departments remind applicants to pay attention to the authoritative release of information and log on to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for inquiries and understanding.
In order to accurately fill in the report and improve efficiency, the applicant can do a good job of inquiry work such as housing lease contract filing information, self-owned residence information, academic degree filing information or certification information before declaration, and then fill in the report after verification.
