Anne Heche left heavy debts behind when she died.

The actress died in a traffic accident after crashing her Mini Cooper into a Los Angeles home last August.

Three months later, her ex-husband would like his estate to allow her to recover what she owed him.

Thomas Jane, who was in a relationship with the star until at least 2019, according to

People

, filed a lawsuit to recover nearly $150,000.

The

Hung

actor claims to have lent the actress $157,000 in 2021, an amount she had agreed to repay to him in monthly installments of $10,000.

But Thomas Jane assures that after two payments, Anne Heche stopped the payments.

With the “interest”, calculated on the basis of 18.77 dollars per day, he estimates that she therefore owed him a little more than 149,000 dollars.

No pity

At the announcement of the death of Anne Heche, Thomas Jane had split a press release in which he evoked his ex in glowing terms, speaking of “one of the real talents of his generation”.

But today, the time is therefore to the accounts.

The situation is all the more complicated for the succession of the star of

Donnie Brasco

that another complaint has been filed.

Lynne Mishele rented the house in which the actress's car crashed and which was destroyed by the impact.

She was there with her two dogs and her turtle during the crash and is claiming two million dollars from the beneficiaries for "negligence, emotional distress and trespass".

On the other hand, the inheritance itself seems to be going very badly.

Homer Laffoon, Anne Heche's eldest son, 20, and his estranged stepfather, James Tupper, who is also the father of the comedian's second minor child, Atlas, are battling to be the executor.
