Fazal, alias

El Negro

, confessed author of the triple crime in Morata (Madrid), 42 years old, denounced the two sisters, aged 74 and 71, for fraud, before attacking them in February of last year and killing them last December.

He had lent them about 30,000 euros

so that both of them could continue sending money to two supposed North American soldiers with whom they had had a long-distance love relationship for seven years.

They sold an apartment and then went bankrupt by sending more than 400,000 euros to the two Americans in exchange for receiving an inheritance of seven million euros.

The two sisters went to the

Fazal de Arganda booth

for the international shipments they were making to their loved ones, who were actually two alleged scammers.

They both tricked Fazal into leaving them 30,000 euros in exchange for returning double the amount as soon as they received the agreed inheritance.

Shortly after, Fazal moved to live in the sisters' house.

He stayed in a room on the ground floor and even his relationship with them was cordial and he accompanied them to run errands and shop.

Until Fazal,

El Negro

, also realized that

he had been deceived and that the two sisters were victims of a love scam.

Before attacking them, he went to a police station to report that he had been the victim of a scam and that they owed him 60,000 euros.

In February of last year she attacked Amelia, one of her two sisters, with a hammer.

She spent 16 days in the hospital and he was arrested and admitted to the Estremera prison for a crime of injuries.

His then public defender, Vera Histrovava, was surprised by his behavior and said yesterday that she requested an expert to check if he suffered from a mental illness.

Last September the trial for the attack on Amelia was held in Criminal Court number 2 of Alcalá de Henares.

He was sentenced to two years in prison

and was prohibited from coming within 500 meters or communicating with the victim for two and a half years.

The defense requested the benefit of suspension of the execution of the custodial sentence, to which none of the parties opposed, and the court granted it to them as they had no criminal record and

assumed the payment of compensation of 2,900 euros

.

Immediately, he was released from prison after six months in provisional detention.

Since Fazal had all his belongings, passport and documents in the sisters' house, last October he called his lawyer to ask how he could get them back.

The lawyer asked the court for authorization for her to go to Morata's house accompanied by the Municipal Police

.

That document was sent by the Alcalá court to the Morata City Council last November, a procedure that the City Council was unaware of.

Tired of not having judicial permission, it is suspected that El Negro went days before Christmas Eve and without warning to Morata's house to recover his money, his passport and his belongings.

He entered the house of the three brothers with his own key that he still had from his stay in Morata de Tajuña.

Later

he was able to argue with Amelia and in a fit of rage he hit her with a blunt object until she died

.

He then stabbed and assaulted the two brothers who were also in the house to death.

It is not believed to be a premeditated or prepared crime.

None of the neighbors in the nearby houses claim that on those days he heard anything strange or strange inside the house.

Last Monday at dawn, Fazal

turned himself in at the Arganda Civil Guard barracks

and confessed that he killed the three brothers when he demanded what they owed him, since he was bankrupt.

The autopsies of the three bodies are still not completed and due to the state of decomposition of the three bodies, genetic tests are awaited to confirm their identity.

Today, Wednesday, the triple murderer will be brought to justice by the Civil Guard in the Arganda del Rey court (Madrid).
