225 new titles adorned the shelves of "Emirati publishers" at the Kuwait Fair

In order to enhance its local and international presence and seek to serve its members by bringing their publications to a wider audience, the Emirates Publishers Association participates in the Kuwait International Book Fair.

The association conveys to readers in sisterly Kuwait, through the special pavilion in which it participates in the 45th session of the Kuwait International Book Fair, which continues until the 26th of this month, 2140 books, with a total of 225 titles, representing the latest publications of 30 Emirati publishing houses.

On the 20th, the association concluded its participation in the Al Ain Book Festival in Al Ain, during which it displayed 134 titles with a total of 1254 books from the latest publications of 19 Emirati publishing houses in its pavilion.

Rashid Al-Kous, Executive Director of the Emirates Publishers Association, said: “This year is full of the association’s participation in many local, regional and international book fairs. And the books that represent examples of the creativity of the Emirati author and publisher, and reflect our firm approach towards investing in knowledge and expanding the reading area.

He added, “With the association’s participation in both the Kuwait International Book Fair and the Al Ain Book Festival, it strengthens its continuous efforts to deliver the member publishers’ publications to readers everywhere, and continues to enable members to participate in various exhibitions through the association’s platform, and during the next stage we will witness the expansion of marketing The Emirati book throughout the year through electronic marketing, in addition to the continuation of participation in exhibitions ».
