  The conference was hosted by UNESCO International Center for Natural and Cultural Heritage Space Technology (HIST), Heilongjiang Wetland Biodiversity Society, and Heilongjiang Forestry Society, and hosted by Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences, Heilongjiang Academy of Forestry and HIST Harbin Branch.

Luo Lei, head of the Research Department of HIST and associate researcher, gave a report entitled "Remote sensing monitoring and assessment of wetland world heritage sites".
