Li Shaohong said in China News Agency's "East-West Questions and China Dialogue" that although the director creates from the perspective of his own female, the focus is on the family, the smallest unit of society. There are men, women, elders and lovers. They are in difficulty. The contradictions and reconciliation shown in the film will resonate with the audience, causing them to understand and cherish the women around them.
