The largest international land defense and security exhibition opened its doors this morning in Villepinte, northeast of Paris.

More than 1,800 exhibitors are gathered to present their tanks, armored vehicles, assault rifles, ammunition of all calibers, helicopters, missiles, robots and drones.

So many weapons deployed en masse on Ukrainian soil.

A booming market.

For the first time in 2021, arms spending worldwide exceeded $2 trillion.

Since the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, European countries have realized that defense and security are one of the weaknesses of the EU.

And they are lining up today to beef up their military spending to 2% of their GDP.
