The CGT mentioned daily allowances paid 102 days late during work stoppages.
Delays are also to be deplored for the reimbursement of transport costs for individuals according to the union, which is asking for hiring.
Online procedures
The director of the CPAM de l'Aube explains that the health crisis and numerous work stoppages, often short, have complicated the organization.
He recognizes the delays but ensures that 15 to 20% additional resources are now in place, in particular through the hiring of fixed-term contracts.
The leader also recalled that it was preferable to contact the services of the CPAM via Ameli and that many procedures could be carried out online.
Several unionized agents, for their part, regretted the dehumanization of their work and the loss of contact.
