On January 6, a Quanzhou-registered fishing boat overturned in the waters off Nanri Island in Putian, Fujian Province, and there were 7 crew members on board.

After receiving the alarm of the danger, search and rescue personnel from the Second East China Sea Rescue Flight Team and the Fujian Maritime Department immediately went to the scene for rescue.

The reporter learned from the maritime search and rescue department that one of the crew members who fell into the water has been rescued by a passing fishing boat. The vital signs are currently stable, and the remaining six crew members have not been found. The search and rescue at sea is still continuing.
