According to the police, on the 22nd of this month, when Mr. Ko Nishioka (21), a third-year student in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Bunsei University of Art in Utsunomiya City, was working on cutting an iron plate using a tool called a grinder, sparks appeared on Mr. Nishioka's clothes. It means that there was a burning accident.

Mr. Nishioka suffered a serious burn and was being treated at the hospital, but died on the 30th.
