At around 9 a.m. on July 13, a man in Wanda Central Huacheng Community, Jiaomei Town, Taiwanese Investment Zone, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, was trapped on the 13th floor of the air-conditioning unit platform after climbing a window to retrieve the key to no avail.
After arriving at the scene, rescuers found a man standing anxiously waiting for rescue on the air-conditioned outdoor platform between the two buildings. According to the situation on the scene, a rescuer climbed from the corridor window to the platform after using ropes for protection. Tie a safety rope and put a stepping box. Under the protection of the firefighters, the man successfully climbed back into the corridor.
It is reported that because the man had forgotten his key, he wanted to climb into the house through the escape window to get the key. When he climbed to the air-conditioning platform, he could no longer climb to the window. He was in a dilemma and could only call the police for help.
