A male elephant was out of the group and moved 1.5 kilometers to the northeast of the elephant group.

At 0:30, night infrared monitoring by drones of the Yunnan Forest Fire Fighting Corps showed that the activities of the elephant herds had decreased, and sometimes they were still huddled together to keep warm.

  In order to do a good job in deployment, the on-site headquarters put in more than 440 emergency response personnel and police personnel on the same day, dispatched 115 emergency vehicles, 14 UAVs, and advised more than 150 vehicles to return to ensure the safety of people and elephants along the way.
