Publishing house BUBBLE in its social networks apologized for disrupting the meeting and autograph session with the participation of the actors of the film "Major Thunder: The Plague Doctor".

The scheduled event for the whole day lasted less than an hour.

According to the organizers, the meeting had to be canceled "because of the huge flow of people."

Representatives of the publishing house noted that they did not want to upset the fans.

“We are incredibly sorry that you were not able to get what you want due to the circumstances,” reads the message.

The autograph session took place at the Central Children's Store in Moscow.

The start was set at noon, but many fans waited outside the store early in the morning.

According to the organizers, several thousand people gathered for the start of the meeting.

They tried to place people around the perimeter of the atrium, as well as to organize the flow outside the building, as a result, a large queue formed.

“We sincerely did not expect that by the time the doors were opened, several thousand people would come.

We tried to line everyone up and evenly line up both along the perimeter of the site, and to bring the flow of people out into the street.

But a large number of exits and people at some point ceased to be controlled due to the number of people wishing to get inside, ”explained BUBBLE.

It is noted that the decision to stop the event was made "in order to avoid accidents and thanks to the intervention of the police."

The inability to comply with sanitary and anti-epidemic requirements during the spread of the threat of coronavirus infection has become a serious problem.

According to a statement released by the Rospotrebnadzor press service, many of those who came to the meeting did not use masks and gloves indoors and did not observe social distance.

Also, the organizer did not provide air disinfection using appropriate equipment and did not provide a sufficient amount of disinfectants to the guests.

The press service of the department informs that an administrative investigation has been launched against the publishing house under Part 2 of Article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

BUBBLE as a legal entity faces a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles or suspension of activities for up to 90 days.

For officials, this article provides for a fine of up to 150 thousand rubles.

BUBBLE representatives reported that some comic and movie fans were feeling unwell.

Site staff led them out of the crowd.

Sergei Goroshko also felt bad, who in the film played the role of the creator of the social network "Together" Sergei Razumovsky.

In addition, according to fans, unknown persons threw a toy or an orange from the balustrade on the second floor of the building at the actor.

A video message from Goroshko, as well as his colleagues from the film Dmitry Chebotarev (the role of Oleg Volkov) and the editor-in-chief of BUBBLE and producer of the film Major Thunder: The Plague Doctor, Roman Kotkov, has been published on the publisher's page on the social network "Vkontakte".

“Guys, I'm sorry I left.

It got bad, really bad.

It happens to me.

But it's okay.

The most important thing is for everyone to get home now, so that no one feels bad.

For everything to happen in a civilized manner, we all went quietly.

I understand and apologize to you, too, for the fact that (happened -

“None of us expected such a stir, we didn’t know that there are so many of you that we have grown so much, because nothing has passed since April.

This building almost burst.

It's cool! ”Chebotarev noted.

Roman Kotkov explained that we are talking about an autograph session with the actors of the film "Major Thunder: The Plague Doctor", which took place in the same location.

In April, autograph sessions related to the film about Major Grom were held in shopping centers in St. Petersburg and Moscow.

A similar event also took place on February 23, even before the film's premiere.

“No organization would have saved in reality - just so many people who have lined up around the entire CDM.

You are incredible, there are just so many of you that we are ready to bathe in your emotions.

I'm sorry that these emotions are upset today, ”Kotkov said.

As a result of the disrupted meeting, the organizers promised to release an additional edition of the comic strip with an exclusive cover, which aroused special interest from the guests, and to send copies with autographs of the artists to those who tried to get to the event free of charge.

Over the weekend, violations were revealed at another mass cultural event. So, on May 14 and 15, concerts of the Artik & Asti collective took place in St. Petersburg. On the page of the city's culture committee on Vkontakte, they said that the organizers had undertaken to ensure compliance with the requirements for social distancing, the use of personal protective equipment (masks and gloves) and the presence of spectators in places during the concert. However, in the end, the concert was held with violations.
