Fukushima Prefecture has announced that five new people have been confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus.
The newly confirmed infections were a man in his 50s and two men in his 40s in Fukushima City, a man in his 20s, and a man in his 60s living in Chiba Prefecture.
The cumulative number of infected people in Fukushima Prefecture is 528.
