The Tokyo Metropolitan Government announced that it has confirmed that 327 new people are infected with the new coronavirus in Tokyo at the preliminary figures as of 3:00 pm on the 6th.
The number of confirmed infections per day exceeds 300 for 12 consecutive days.
This brings the total number of confirmed infections in Tokyo to 43,704.
