A 28-year-old English teacher was arrested by the Chiba Prefectural Police for doing obscene acts on a 9-year-old boy he met while studying abroad in Canada.
He requested the cooperation of the Canadian investigative authorities and proceeded with the support.
The person who was arrested was Keinosuke Nakagami (28), an English teacher in Takatsuki City, Osaka.
According to the police, in 2017, three years ago, a Canadian boy (9 at the time) who I met while studying abroad in Canada was obscenely acted, and he took a picture of it. There is a suspicion of violation.
It is said that the video of this case was found when the Chiba Prefectural Police searched the home of Mr. Nakagami as a related party of another case.
