The Metropolitan Police Department arrested the president of an entertainment agency for letting a male idol commit an obscene act with a female high school student who was a customer at a photo session of a men's underground idol. It is said that the female high school student spent more than 200 million yen as a "push activity" to support this idol, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the details of the history.

The arrested suspects are Ryunosuke Kurita (32), the president of NApromotion, a men's underground idol entertainment agency in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, and Takuya Hatanaka (42), an adviser.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, President Kurita and his colleagues are suspected of violating the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's Nuisance Prevention Ordinance by having a male idol commit an indecent act with a 1-year-old female high school student who was a customer at a photo session held at a live house in Shibuya Ward around January last year.

The photo session is an event where customers can take pictures with their "favorite" male idols if they pay 17,1 yen per minute, and the presidents are believed to have encouraged customers to do actions such as pressing their lower bodies to fuel the feelings of "pseudo-love".

There are about 1000 men's underground idols in the office, and none of them denied the charges, saying, "I never instructed an obscene act."

This female high school student is said to have spent more than 250 million yen as a "push activity", and the Metropolitan Police Department plans to send documents to the male idol on the same charge.

Regarding men's underground idols and men's concept cafes, there have been a series of consultations from parents and others saying that their children are spending a lot of money, and the Metropolitan Police Department is calling for caution.
