[Explanation] Yang Qingguo, 50 years old this year, is the principal of a skill training school for the blind in Bijie City, Guizhou Province.

In order to enable more disabled people to step into the society to support themselves, he returned to his hometown with his wife who was also blind. With the support of his family and local authorities, he opened a training school out of his own pocket and sent more than 500 disabled people to Employment in society.

　　[Explanation] Recently, as the school's 5th anniversary celebration, Yang Qingguo and his wife were waiting for returning students at the school gate early in the morning.

Nowadays, the students have made little achievements through hard work. Some students even bought a car, accompanied by the driver, dragged their families to attend the school celebration.

And this is where Yang Qingguo insisted on his original intention.

　　After we made money, we came to Bijie (to run a school). For the cause of the disabled, I am a disabled person, and let the disabled learn and understand much more than I should.

After the training, he will be allowed to enter the society and relieve the burden on the society.

　　[Explanation] In 2016, aiming at the boom in the massage industry on the market, Yang Qingguo took out all the savings he had worked out and started to build a training school.

In Yang Qingguo's words, he regards this project as his treasure.

Although invisible to the eyes, Yang Qingguo personally participated in the project from the start to the completion, from equipment purchase to maintenance.

　　I put the bricks piece by piece. What kind of house I want to build? The bricks I lay are the house drawings. I will find whoever can be repaired.

In fact, I feel (I) very confident. I can install the computer system. I teach myself, including electricity and water.

　　[Explanation] Relying on the source of students from the local Disabled Persons’ Federation, Yang Qingguo’s school began to receive student training after the completion of its construction. The school provides free admission, free board and lodging, free teaching and free delivery to jobs for students who are blind, physically disabled, deaf and mute. The system, through professional teacher training, professional skills learning, students are very popular in the market.

　　I have two stores now, and the total income of the two stores is about 50,000 per month.

I never dared to think about it before. I always felt that my eyes were bad and I couldn't do many things by myself.

After getting in touch with the blind massage, I also met a lot of blind friends in this circle. My shop is also recruiting students, and then confiscating their tuition. This is also the inheritance of the spirit of our school teachers.

　　[Explanation] In the eyes of students, Yang Qingguo and his wife are like parents. They not only have to worry about their studies, but also help them find employment.

Relying on the local policies and the network resources that Yang Qingguo and his wife have worked hard outside, the trainees can get to their posts smoothly.

In Yang Qingguo's view, finding a way out for the disabled is something he must persist in his life.
