Lifting of the road closure on the Kan-Etsu Expressway November 8th, 20:05
The Kan-Etsu Expressway was closed on the up line between the Yuzawa Interchange in Niigata Prefecture and the Minakami Interchange in Gunma Prefecture due to an accident that occurred in a tunnel, but the road closure was lifted at 7:50 pm.
