[Live Voice] Jiao Ying, daughter of She Youzhi, the 17th Yuan Chonghuan tomb-keeper

Mom, today is the seventh day you left me. You have gone to heaven, where you should be happy in heaven. I am proud and proud of having a mother like you.

[Commentary] The name of the person in the picture is Jiao Ying, who is the daughter of She Youzhi, the 17th tomb-keeper of Yuan Chonghuan, the patriotic general of the Ming Dynasty. On August 12, She Youzhi died of illness. This day is the mother's "first seven", Jiao Ying placed her mother's favorite food to worship at home. Jiao Ying recalled that her mother had lived to guard the tomb all her life, leaving three wishes before she left.

She hopes that I can take over her class and pass on this matter. So when she was leaving, when she was seriously ill, I told her many times that I told her you should let go. What you didn't do, I will do my best. What she can't let go of is her three wishes. The first is to go back and continue to guard the tomb, the second is to fully restore the complex, and the third is to apply for intangible cultural heritage.

[Explanation] When asked whether to continue to keep the grave. Jiao Ying said frankly that although she knows her ability and perseverance is inferior to her mother, she will do her best to pass on her mother's will after work.

This is how I promised my mother. I said that the She family’s centuries-old persistence, this kind of loyalty, loyalty, loyalty, and uprightness are all manifested in my mother. As her daughter, I can't do her so well. At least I can do it. I take the time to clean the cemetery, cut the grass and water the water. At least I can do it. I will pass on her spirit.

[Commentary] Jiao Ying introduced that in 2003, Yuan Chonghuan Memorial Garden invited her mother to work in Dongguan, Guangdong, but her mother believed that the ancestors did not allow her to leave Beijing. Finally, it was decided to let Jiao Ping, the son of She Youzhi, go south to Dongguan. Regrettably, Jiao Ping died in a car accident at the age of 28. In the end, Jiao Ping's ashes were sent to the memorial garden to protect General Yuan Chonghuan forever. Jiao Ying said that many people care about whether they will let the next generation continue to guard the grave. At this point, she will respect the children's wishes.

In fact, on some levels, my brother has kept it forever. As for my child, it depends on how she gets older and what she thinks about this matter. I will not force her to do something. If she wants to, it is (best). Maybe I will communicate these things with her intentionally or unintentionally in my daily life, respect her wishes, and I will not force her.

[Explanation] In Jiao Ying's memory, her mother has spent her entire life working for the cultural preservation unit of Yuan Chonghuan's tomb and shrine. Finally, in 2006, Yuan Chonghuan's tomb and shrine were included in the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units. In Jiao Ying's view, the She family has guarded the tomb for generations, but it is the traditional Chinese virtues of loyalty, filial piety and dedication. These qualities are worthy of eternal praise.

What is guarded is the spiritual homeland of this Chinese nation. The virtues of loyalty, dedication, and loyalty are kept. If the She family and the descendants of the She family are not filial, it is impossible to have this kind of tomb guarding for hundreds of years. If such persistence can be passed down, the She and Yuan family are inseparable. There is no blood relationship. In this case, the tomb has been guarded for 390 years, and it should be unique in the world.
