The Ministry of Health publishes the official figures for the first day after the end of the state of alarm. In the last 24 hours, 141 people have been infected by coronavirus in Spain, seven more than yesterday, and one death has occurred (yesterday there were seven). In total, according to this official count, the number of deaths from coronavirus since the epidemic began in Spain has risen to 28,323 victims.
Regarding infections, to date 246,272 confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been reported. Thus, there are 141 new positives on the last day (134 yesterday). Of these, most continue to occur in Madrid (32), Catalonia (23) and thirdly, Aragon (33). It should be noted that both in Madrid and Catalonia, the number of those affected has decreased slightly compared to yesterday. However, in Aragon they have gone from 18 to 33.
In the hospitalizations section, there have been 99 in the last seven days (two less than yesterday), which gives a total of 124,871 since the start of the pandemic, and of these, five have entered the ICU (that is, 11,637 total).
