At around 23:10 on May 10, a residential building in Macro Township, Nanfang County, Sichuan, caught fire, and the local fire rescue station called the police. When the fire truck traveled to Shuyuan Street, it was blocked by multiple private cars parked on both sides of the road. Some vehicles were parked irregularly, resulting in road jams and rescue vehicles unable to pass through.
After the fire was urgent, rescue workers tried various dredging methods to no avail, and the fire truck could only pass the road by rubbing and other methods. After the fire truck traveled more than 10 meters, a white car was parked in the middle of the road, completely blocking the road. Citizens who heard the alarm saw that a private car blocked the fire truck's road. The voluntary organization lifted the car to the side of the road and cleared the passage to ensure the fire truck's passage. At this time, nearly 30 minutes had passed since the alarm. The second fire did not cause a major disaster.
