The meteorological department forecast said that from April 3 to 7, Panzhihua City, the main forest (pastoral) areas in the west and south of Liangshan Prefecture will have mainly sunny to cloudy weather, no effective precipitation, and the forest and grassland fire danger meteorological level will be high. The forestry and grassland department predicts that the forest and grassland fire danger level in the above-mentioned areas during the same period is mainly level 4 (high risk).
After consultation between the Provincial Forestry Prevention and Control Office, the Provincial Forestry and Grassland Bureau, the Sichuan Meteorological Bureau and relevant regions, it is estimated that the forest and grassland fire danger levels in Panzhihua City, western and southern Liangshan Prefecture (involving 13 county-level administrative units) from April 3 to 7 It will remain at a high danger level, and an orange warning for high forest and grassland fire danger is issued.
Orange warning areas for high forest and grassland fire danger: Liangshan Prefecture (8): Xichang City, Muli Tibetan Autonomous County, Yanyuan County, Mianning County, Dechang County, Huili City, Huidong County, Ningnan County; Panzhihua City (5 ): East District, West District, Renhe District, Miyi County, Yanbian County.
The Provincial Forest Prevention and Control Directorate pointed out that the above-mentioned areas should attach great importance to the severe forest and grassland fire prevention and extinguishing situations in relevant places, conscientiously implement the relevant work arrangements and deployments of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Government and the Provincial Forest Control Directorate, strengthen bottom-line thinking and extreme thinking, and strengthen Monitor early warnings, discuss and judge, and closely track changes in fire danger situations.
