A British YouTube figure revealed on Sunday the location of a Ferrari car belonging to the son of former Iraqi President Uday Saddam Hussein, where the owner offered $ 1.5 million in exchange for selling it.

The Drive prepared a report on the abandoned Uday Saddam Hussein Ferrari F40, which a British person was searching for to repair and annex to his group before he found it in Erbil.

The British YouTube personality known as the "Retarossa" account on social media has asked for help from anyone who knows the location of the Italian supercar so that he can make an offer to purchase it for inclusion in his group and repair.

Tartarossa's first video showed a picture of the sand-covered car somewhere in Iraq.

He said in a later video that the response he got was amazing and that, thanks to viewers, it turns out that the car, whose value still exceeds the capabilities of most people, is located in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region.

According to Ritarosa, Chris Smith of the "Gas Manky Garage", a specialist in restoring classic cars, was one of those sent on a mission to find the Ferrari F40 in 2016.

Smith said in an interview with Ritarosa, that he was able to locate the vehicle in Iraq and went to him for evaluation.

Raghad Saddam Hussein, the daughter of the former Iraqi president, has vowed to hold accountable the owners of the family's personal property.

"We will prosecute all those who took possession of the family's personal property, this and other things," she wrote in a tweet on her Twitter account, referring to the image of a sports car.

"We warn others not to engage in these matters for any reason because they will face legal accountability," she added.
