During confinement, Sophie Davant launched "Affaire concluded à la maison", a short version of her famous program. Despite the technical difficulties, she explained to the microphone of Europe 1 that she wanted to "keep in touch with the viewers".

"Affaire concluded" is enriched with a new module. Since Monday, Sophie Davant has been offering a confined version of her daily item sales program. At 6 p.m. on France 2, she now presents "Affaire concluded à la maison", a 12-minute program presented from her living room. "Confinement or not, we wanted to keep the link with the viewers," she explains in Culture-Media on Europe 1.

"It's a bit of a technical pain"

The principle remains the same: some people sell their objects, previously appraised by auctioneers. Not easy, however, to organize remote auctions, using interposed screens ... "It's a bit of a hassle on the technical side", recognizes Sophie Davant. The show is broadcast very slightly delayed, and is therefore not edited. "There are latencies in the sound, but we find solutions as we go along! It's a kind of laboratory for now," she smiles.

Before "Business concluded at home", the original program continues to be broadcast every day. "There is a replay at 4 p.m., and a new one at 5 p.m.," she said. Before the authorities announced the containment, she and her team had accelerated the pace to be able to hold out as long as possible without new recordings. Let the followers of "Deal concluded" be reassured: if the deconfinement is well pronounced on May 11, there will be enough stocks to hold until then.
